Mowing and lawn care, edging and trimming, planting and gardening, maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the church grounds, weeding and mulching, cleaning, raking etc.

Another way we serve is by visiting the homes of those in need, especially those who are unable to care for their own landscaping, and offering our assistance with this important task.

The Church Maintenance Crew at Woodhaven FWB ensures that our facilities, including vehicles, bathrooms, and lighting, are always in excellent condition. This dedicated team works behind the scenes, addressing repairs and upkeep so that our church environment remains safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone. Their commitment to maintaining the church's physical space allows us to focus on worship and ministry without interruption.

The church cleaning crew plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for worship, fellowship, and other activities. Their responsibilities involve various tasks to ensure that the church facilities are well-kept and presentable. Such as, vacuuming, taking our garbage, cleaning bathrooms, etc. 

Serving at the Mud Hens concessions is a fun and rewarding way to contribute to our church's mission, as the funds raised directly support various ministries and projects. Volunteers work together to serve fans, build camaraderie, and make a tangible impact on our church's financial health. By participating, you help provide the resources needed to continue our outreach and service efforts in the community.

Meal trains are a wonderful outreach opportunity because they allow us to show Christ's love in a practical way by providing meals to those in need, whether due to illness, a new baby, or other life events. Being on the Meal Train Team involves preparing and delivering meals, offering comfort and support to families during challenging times. This act of service not only meets a physical need but also fosters a sense of community and care within our church family.

The Church Visitation Team at Woodhaven FWB is dedicated to reaching out to those who are sick, injured, or unable to attend services, offering support and encouragement in their time of need. This team also follows up with members who have been absent for a while, ensuring they feel cared for and connected to our church community. Through compassionate visits and check-ins, the team embodies the love of Christ, bringing comfort and help to those who need it most.

The church welcome team plays a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone who enters the church. Whether a handshake, a hug, or a smile, their primary responsibilities are centered around hospitality, making sure that every visitor and member feels noticed, valued, and comfortable.

The Church Prayer Team at Woodhaven FWB is a vital part of our ministry, interceding for the needs of our congregation, community, and beyond through dedicated and faithful prayer. Their commitment to seeking God's guidance and intervention is crucial in supporting every aspect of our church's mission. We deeply rely on this team, as their prayers are the spiritual foundation that sustains and empowers our work in sharing the gospel and serving others.

The Sound Team at Woodhaven FWB handles all aspects of audio, ensuring that every microphone is ready, charged, and properly connected before services. They expertly manage the soundboard during services, balancing audio levels to create a clear and immersive worship experience. Beyond that, they take care of any other audio-related needs, making sure that the technical side of our worship is seamless and effective.

The women in our nursery  provide a safe and nurturing environment for our youngest members during services. They lovingly care for infants and toddlers, allowing parents to fully engage in worship knowing their little ones are in good hands. This team plays a vital role in making sure our church family feels supported and connected.
